They have asked that I let any engineer or surveyor into the premises as the property has to be updated with the Land Registry Office. Hi Eadaoin, I'm looking to organise a land transfer from my mother to myself. I recently got a valuation from Paula Treacy putting the site at €40,000 value. I can forward the certificate if needed. You've come highly recommended by my wife-to-be Samantha Carr as you've helped with her will and affidavits to help get the boys their passports so I'm very happy to be bringing my business to you. As we are getting married Saturday week, I wouldn't be able to go ahead with this immediately, but i'd say we could get going around the end of June? Please can I get a quote for this, as we intend to build our family home on it as soon as we can!

Dear Ms. Lawlor, I’m urgently seeking legal advice regarding family law proceedings brought against me in the District Court. A hearing is scheduled for 1st July, and despite my efforts, I have been unable to secure representation to date as many solicitors only deal with Circuit Court. I have concerns about the manner in which I was served with the notice of applications, and I'm worried the Applicant (my son's father) may have misled me about the nature and implications of these proceedings. He is refusing to consent to an adjournment, and I’m deeply worried about attending the hearing without legal guidance.
