David Ross Webb

I hold evidence that solicitor DAVID ROSS WEBB has stolen our house from creating a false transfer document on 16/12/1993, then he used the unlawfully retained freehold to take out 9 further borrowings using our names , status and standing. He’s an evident agent of Stephen David jones, convicted fraudster jailed 2/12/2022 by hHJ Griffiths at Southwark crown court & jailed 12 years. Webb instructed eversheds llp to pursue my husband & I via HMCTS for the past 17 years since 2008, leading to a void possession order on an unsealed un-issued claim & fraudulently obtained bankruptcies used to steal our retirement fund, asset stripping us since Dec1993. Webb has purloined the proceeds of 9 unauthorised loans taken in our names, then used a Dorset PC Wayne Collins as his cover to illegally acquire an entire house paid for by my (stolen) estate, drawn on title DT66145. Webb has colluded with at least 7 banks & has been illegally protected by Dorset police for 30 years to date. One of the biggest loans Webb took in our names was £1.7m from SANTANDER used to acquire 3 Roslin rd south BH3 7EF of which 5 tranches of £200k each were drawn on 3/9/2015 - none of which moneys we’ve had. Santander are now pursuing my husband & I on an unrecognised “mortgage ac” as of 18/12/2023 and threatening legal action after robbing us of all the equity from our estate to the value of 10 times it’s current market value.
