THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!! Think strongly before you decide to EVER use this firm!!! They took money from me over the span of 18months, gave me incorrect advice, lied to me, were legally inept, un-empathetic and borderline fraudulent. I had to report them to the SRA and the legal Ombudsman for justice as I was able to record and keep track of the shocking service they provided me. I am still in disbelief at how bad, immoral, unethical and downright inept the Lawyer TERRY MAYLIN (SRA ID276656) is and the considerably worse-off position he has left me in. This is beyond unforgivable and I am happy to go into more detail with anyone reading this if need be as this is a sincere review from the experience I have just had with this firm. I cannot believe they are able to practice. Terry is a thief
