I hope that you may be able to help me. The firm of Rix & Kay handled the purchase of Hall House, Hawkhurst in 1966 and later sale in1988. I have been looking through the Knight, Frank sales brochure and notice that an area of land that was originally part of the property was not included in the sale and wonder who this may belong to. I can send you a map showing the land in question. Is there any way that you could help me in finding out? After all this time it's likely no records of the sale still exist with you but perhaps??
