David Gold serves as the Chief Legal Officer at MG+M, also managing the firm’s California offices. Overseeing legal operations, he collaborates with the executive team to enhance profitability and drive business through marketing strategies.

With over a decade of trial experience, David is a seasoned trial lawyer specializing in coverage litigation. Additionally, he brings more than 25 years of in-house legal and claims expertise in areas like asbestos, hazardous waste, and environmental claims.

David's responsibilities include managing national compliance and ethics, billing, collection protocols, and strategic business development. He provides guidance on insurance industry compliance, maintains relationships with insurance clients, and ensures adherence to industry protocols and guidelines.

Prior to his role at MG+M, David held senior positions at Resolute Management of Berkshire Hathaway’s Reinsurance Division. He was also President of Resolute Management Mid-Atlantic division and served as Chief Counsel at CIGNA.

David holds a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice law in California and various federal district courts.
