Appalling company; their inability to conduct even basic research into the businesses they file claims against is astonishing. Our business remained completely unaware of an impending claim, as we received absolutely no correspondence—no emails, no calls, no paperwork. Shockingly, it turns out they dispatched documents to an address we had left two years prior, and they couldn't be bothered to check Companies House for updated information. The first we learned of this incident was when a CCJ was unexpectedly lodged against us.

Contemplating the option of dispatching an invoice to their outdated address and subsequently initiating a CCJ against them for payment. This company is utterly inept, exhibiting appalling and reprehensible working practices. Without hesitation, I will be initiating a case with the Solicitors Regulation Authority to address this matter promptly.
