I'm unable to give a full account of my experience with Hannah and the CPS who based their findings repeatedly on a flawed police investigation with Humberside Police. I filed historic rape and sexual assaults against a Minister of Religion. His adopted stepson worked throughout the investigation in the PVP Unit for HP. He was publicly disciplined in court by a judge for lying in a rape case and called an unreliable witness by the judge. He was also complained about by others as a Worship Leader for sexualised behaviour. One officer said he was the one she felt sorry for, hes lovely etc, in front of 4 of us, straight after my VT then on complaint, denied knowing him or stating many disturbing things. His sfather, the perpetrator, raped, forced oral sex on me, suffocated me, when I was a Vulnerable Adult, under NHS care as an in patient followed by out patient-he persuaded me to leave it and find healing with him. I had no idea of his abusive background, as with his son, the Sgt, there we're multiple news articles-his being detailed in the Shetland Times. Im 62, disabled and of age to want to live my life in peace, so this is hard. It's my personal view and other victims, that HS attitude to the Vulnerable and attention to facts needs seriously recalibrating for which we genuinely offer free assistance but feel need to highlight.
Over 26 fundamental errors were made in her summation against me, a victim of crime, and others. These include, me being told I wrote a report while living in London, hundreds of miles away from the perpetrators influence-when I was living in Hull. 
She almost boasted of having received a doc by me from the perps side, relating to a Tribunal I managed to initiate and which I won, in 2002 calling it contemporaneous evidence and used it against me.
This was copied and only an extract of information over 2 x days.
In fact, I had: compiled this with others, re proveable lack of Safeguarding in his church
Provided HP with the identical doc from me, with additional minutes, a letter of apology from the church Eldership who were told to apologise in person, in writing and asked to be accountable for a time to the panel;
Provided extensive msgs, images and a letter of admission from a Trustee also involved-all of this file was rejected by HP and handed back to me. However, the doc extract was accepted by HP and the CPS from the perpetrator side and boasted about. Also the lie, my complaint was not upheld when the church sent a letter of apology to me, and HP refused to look at it etc. 
Hannah accused me of flattering comments to my perpetrator in this and why didn't I report him, specifically. Within 24 hrs of winning the overwhelming Tribunal against his and the huge church's policies, I reported him of rape and the Trustee of harassment to Humberside Police. But Hannah Squires fails to mention this at all! Between her and HP, my evidence was seriously edited to provide a completely false testimony of events. Despite what she says about reading and studying, there's no way she could have seen even the VT-where from the opening I state I love all those involved-my faith doesnt allow me not to-we have to love even those who do us wrong-in 2019, I provided HP with the ref no given by them, in 2002, which included the date. This report was appallingly handled I now realise, with no follow up at all. HP have now claimed to have literally lost my first report as well as my evidence.

 I believe strongly in affirming qualities, which I did, and consistently did, yrs later in my VT evidence, in 2019, saying I loved all those involved, it was like turning your child in-but he and others did wrong. His co leader was even convicted after a police sting for trying to procure an underage girl for sex which my perpetrator covered up.

Humberside Police were given 2 boxes of evidence including a gold ring engraved by the perp, a music tape hed made with explicit sexual words, multiple images of 'me' as a cartoon sexualised, his foot on my back, me on all fours, cartoon, film images all in ropes or with guns, a document proving I was discipled to him and his wife personally, which he denied-saying it was to the church in general-and many items proving his sexual misconduct-even a reference to him washing his boxer shorts, trying to call me in secret without it showing on his phone bill, a pot of putty he made me, saying I was his little piece of putty and puppet and he could do whatever he liked with me. However, all this handed in by 4 x people, in two large boxes, has gone missing! Evidence I had kept for decades! I was especially worried it would be tampered with given the perps son being in Humberside Police and one detective said outright she didn't know how to keep it from him. The other was annoyed with me saying of course (it'll be OK), when I asked
My VT has been disturbingly edited in transcript, at an incredulous level, to exclude the most violent aspects, including his suffocations of me, assault on my person with a metal arrow, he cut himself with a knife and put his blood on my cut, or the suffocation etc.
The CPS-Hannah Squires has raised no concerns at all about the police losing my first report to them, or them losing evidence, or the clear conflict of interest.
Instead it appears, she shows absolutely no understanding of Clerical/Clergy Sexual Abuse, despite many cases now being exposed; she doesn't comprehend spiritual abuse, the specific use of holy scriptures to abuse and groom, that even now I have to fight words he said, flashbacks I have and how I can still battle with what it takes to pursue this. I've needed further counselling from RASASC due to the investigation itself. I went to a hotel room to end my life when I was told the police women had lied. It was only only seeing objects in the room connected to my faith that stopped me and go for medical help.

The report she sent doesn't give much information in areas but the CPS claim there was an incident which Drs didn't back me up with. The only other incident I can think of was with my husband, pushing me in a wheelchair many years later, when a teenager also in a wheelchair, grabbed my right breast. We reported it to Drs and the police. As the young man had a syndrome, the Drs said it wasn't intentional-my husband was the sole witness to him looking and doing this. He has Aspergers and is very literal and logical - not prone to any bias. He was never even interviewed by the police and no Dr witnessed it. The older woman pushing him couldn't contain him and just laughed as he suddenly reached back, grabbing onto me with enough force to stop my husband pushing my wheelchair. I'd just been crying about my rape etc. I didn't want him prosecuted, but tracked, as it's called. 
When complaints go to the CPS it's like a trial in itself-only they make judgements against you, without any right of reply. They raise new issues - actually against you, the victim, when they're meant to build a case against the perp, and you can't respond to, and have absolutely no right of reply. Why on earth they don't e mail or pick a phone, zoom, and ask-instead making judgements that take years more police work etc.
I have provided witnesses who support the perps control, anger, rages, abuse, other women he wrestled, did trust exercises with-never men...he even worked with prostitutes and made me enact what they did in front of him. I have a witness who experienced very similar grooming to me, and his perversions-we were the only two who worked such extensive hours with him alone, and she witnessed aspects of his behaviour/assaults on me. Unbelievably, she was dismissed as having a grievance as she left with hundreds others. My quite brilliant, former rape counsellor was dismissed.
I've made over 6 appeals, over a thousand pages, and all goes back to the biased, flawed investigation. But it was Hannah's dismissive and arrogant tones to someone who's been a Vulnerable Adult and remains fragile that has devastated others and me. 
Even my latest rape counsellor after being re traumatised, was appalled by her comments-in particular that Hannah is a woman.

This has been horrific and devastating.

However, I do help others and have helped raise funds for a rape crisis centre. I'm creating a sign posting website for victims of CSA, and have been asked to tour with an organisation highlighting this in the church.

When my perp did this to me, I was partially bald, struggling to walk, talk with Conversion Disorder. The perp lured, threatened and exploited me, in plain sight. He used so called humour, and reminders in cartoons he either drew or compiled, of threats, mocking my baldness, hair loss, limping, my speech difficulties, referred to him mixing our blood together. He used the multiple deaths and loss of my pre born babies which caused PTSD, and collapse, that he would help me reconcile the loss.
He used the process to sexually and spiritually abuse me, and he even made me sit between his legs one time whole he described and fantasised in great detail me having his baby, like 'ripe harvest'.
Please do get in touch, Hannah, so I can help you understand better how to communicate better with the Vulnerable, and also help you understand CSA and how especially, this kind of abuse, means you never move out of the sphere of influence, as the perpetrator uses, God, faith, the most intimate, internal part of you, that is wherever you go. You can never get away from someone who has used Holy Scripture to defile you,, sexually either through time or distance.

The way Hannah wrote to me was disdainful, stating lies to me as if fact which messes with your head somewhat. For the example I used stating, I lived in London and events and actions around that, when I'd been living in Hull for two years is shocking and distressing to someone who is vulnerable and been trying so hard to remember their trauma events accurately.

It's clumsy, unprofessional and arrogant, so therefore feels further abusive.

Needs further training in Advocacy and the Vulnerable

Further to my review of Hannah Squires, we have uncovered archive newspaper articles from the Shetland Times and the Assemblies of God records of the first known investigation against my perpetrator. Also readers letters expressing dismay at the division he caused within 6 months of arriving causing a church split and fractured community. Some lost their faith and someone allegedly died. The perp himself also requested an investigation into his morality due to what he claimed as, 'many rumours', which the AOG didn't understand. There was a policy common in the church of silence in the face of questions asked, so nothing emerged.
He was accused of being a disciplinarian, which he wrote in his letters to me that Hannah accepted were to cheer me up. He involved himself in people's marriages, intimate lives and work. He used a manual that he used to disciple people. I have found a contemporaneous doc-my manual called Equipped to Serve, which asks who we are discipled to. I clearly write my perps initials and his wife's. He also writes in my diary Equipped to Serve as the course he expected me to attend-privately behind closed doors. This course, very similar, was called Heavy Shepherding in the Shetland Times. He used this to further control me as he had others, as being obedient to him, like Jesus and the disciples.
He'd further caused division never seen before of the council, local school etc. 

His adopted stepson son also referred to as a PC disciplined in court for repeated lies, called unreliable as a witness etc, was also found in the archives. 
The newspaper article that went missing online with the transcript, despite repeated attempts on timelines and with the local paper itself, was found in an obscure archive.
