Would not recommend as this firm added extra costs onto the quote they originally gave for my property purchase.  They were also very slow and almost lost my purchase due to this.

Unexpected extra charges

We interacted with the proprietor of this compact law firm, and unfortunately, encountered challenges with their memory recall. The individual seemed to overlook a significant amount of information we had previously furnished. Moreover, we identified a couple of errors made by them, which we thankfully caught in time. Consequently, we have decided not to endorse or recommend this lawyer and their law firm to our friends, family, or contacts.

Not a positive experience

We were not at all happy with the service of this law firm and took our the sale of our property elsewhere.  The reasons for this were that we found out that two of the solicitor partners of this firm that were recommended to us have left this firm in recent months. Currently we discovered this law firm are using two self employed lawyer consultants to do the legal work which is outsourced to them on a freelance basis.  The elderly owner of the firm appears to be based in the office above So to Bed  along and works with a small number of inexperienced paralegals who appear to have recently joined the firm.  We have read other fairly recent reviews about this firm on the internet and discovered that the elderly owner of this sole trading law firm has Alzheimers Disease and is still working as a solicitor advising clients and continues runs the firm Leon Kaye Solicitors which he owns.   This is all truly outrageous to say the least and I would not recommend using this firm to anyone.  We are truly surprised that the legal authorities allow this firm to practise when the owner solicitor suffers from a severe progressive incurable memory impairment disease.

Do not recommend

Mr Leon Kaye did not appear to be not up to the job as he often was rather slow iin dealing with our matte..  We later discovered that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease that affects memory. We are at a loss to understand why he is still  allowed to be advising clients. We would not recommend.
