I have recently travelled to Port Isaac with my friends and during the morning run have come across the abandoned Headlands Hotel on Port Gaverne. As an architect I like to transform and create places and I believe this site has enormous potential. By downloading the title register I discovered that your company Dt Sub 2 Ltd owns the plot. I am getting in touch to enquire whether you had any thoughts of regenerating that hotel, it would be a project myself and the team would be thrilled to embark on. I also know a few hotel chain owners that will be interested to invest should it come to that. I would very kindly appreciate a response from you on this.
