The last update I received from you was to advise the loan had been repaid, which Target at the time confirmed the account had been closed and requested information for a DS/1 to be completed. Your email states you sent this over. That was in 2022. We are now in the process of a re-mortgage and the new lender has advised that HTB are still shown on the land registry and that it was never updated. I have had a lengthy call with Homes England who have since taken over from TARGET, to say there is nothing they can do unless the DS/1 is submitted despite the account being shown as closed on their systems… We do also have the house on the market to see if we get any offers, if not then we proceed with the a re-mortgage I am after your assistance please as a matter of urgency to complete this outstanding action as I cannot either a re-mortgage or sell my property until the land registry is updated. I have a copy of the email you sent me from 2022….. which says you sent over the documentation but Home England has checked and stated they never received it. I have made a complaint to Home England as to why if the information was missing it was never followed up with you or me directly from Target…
