Zara Kadhim

This lawyer hired us to serve court papers. We executed the service and provided her with an affidavit of service. However, she claimed not to have received the original copy and refused to pay the remaining balance on the invoice. Despite this, I offered, out of goodwill, to resend and recommission the affidavit of service, and mail it to her via registered mail to avoid any further issues. Additionally, her emails to us on December 17 were condescending and unprofessional. She falsely claimed to have made a payment on a specific date, without providing any evidence or proof. I have already filed an active complaint against her with the Law Society of Manitoba.
