I am recently divorced, the separation and divorce has been finalized. I'm seeking a lawyer to have the separation agreement amended as initially, i was paying child support for my old son as he was unemployed. He is now fully employed, working more than full-time and set to make around $40,000/year so i no longer feel i need to pay support anymore as he is able to sustain himself, and could live on his own if he chose to.
