Hi there Tracy, I'm currently going through a divorce. I own a company and my soon to be ex husband is a 50% shareholder unfortunately. A few months back my lease was terminated (at no fault of ours) and I was without a facility for a couple months. I am now leasing a new building and need to do approx. 150k worth of leasehold improvements in order to make the building work for my business. My ex needs to either sign the loan documents or agree t a buy out so I can keep moving on. Work has already started onsite and my ex is making requests but then not working with me... etc. short and sweet I believe I would have reasonable grounds to say he is impeding my business and I want to take action. Can you assist me in this?
