Badohal's behavior showed a pattern of deceit. She mishandled trust money and used a hidden trust account, breaking a 2021 agreement with the society. "Her actions showed complete disregard for the law society," the decision read.

In a notable case, Badohal assisted her husband in fraudulently transferring property, a move later overturned by the courts. This act was just one in a series of violations that included mismanaging client funds and neglecting client communications in immigration and divorce cases. Her failure in these cases displayed a clear disregard for professional obligations.
