I fell into a 4 foot hole two weekends ago on Friday. I’m on EIA and I need your help. I have pictures and videos. I was taken to the health science centre by ambulance. The hole is still open has not been addressed. I tried calling 311 5 times now and it’s still an open hole. What do I do? Will you help me?
