You are the GAL for my grandkids, R and OA. There have been two instances where the children’s father has been given R’s medications for the month and the father denies receiving them. In both instances R states he gave the medications to his dad. The medications are concerta and setraline. The concerta has the potential for abuse by crushing the tablets and sniffing the powder producing a cocain like high. We have supplied more of the medications in the past. Since concerta is a controlled drug obtaining extra doses is difficult and we don’t want to supplying to drug gor his dad’s use. JP, our attorney, indicated we should contact you for advice as how to proceed.
