It has been 8 months since i signed the forms and the Land Registry say they are 4-5 days to process any and all claims? Tim there is great urgency here due to health matters and I will want to see sooner than later. Please attend to this asap.

My sister is still making the loan payments for the vehicle and the insurance premium is still being withdrawn for the car liability insurance even though the insurance carrier made out a cheque payable to the estate and Ford as the car was considered a total loss. Strange that the insurance premium was not cancelled. My sister should be contacted when the loan insurance is paid to the estate to reimburse her for the loan payments and the car insurance payments she covered on behalf of the estate. I also need your e-mail address to send you a message received from the insurance adjustor acting on behalf of the occupants in the other vehicle involved in the accident. Thank you.
