Hello Anne, I seemed to have misplaced your email address but was able to find you on Google. This is about the court order that was in place. D's grandparents are currently withholding drake from me and will not let him speak to me and she has blocked me and my family on Facebook. They took him one day and never brought him back from a visit. Is there anything you can do about this? I even had to call the police to do a wellness check on him one night because of it.

Hello. I'm in need of legal services for a separation and custody agreement. I spent many hours yesterday with the police applying for an EIO but unfortunately it was denied. There are issues of substance abuse and domestic abuse/violence. We have a 5 year old daughter. My daughter and I have left our home after an incident last Friday. Anne Gall Law failed to keep up with basic communications, misrepresented my file, and billed out for legal services not fully rendered. 

The lack of public reviews made it easy to assume she was being fair, but repeated delays by Anne Gall Law resulted in 2 year delay and wasted legal fee's. 

Trust was also breached as they failed to advocate for me and negotiated directly with the other party with out notifying me of proposed offers

My file has moved 10x since leaving her office and my fee's have been reduced by 10x too

Retainer and Billing Issues

Good evening, I’m about to go through a separation, I need legal advice and I don’t even know where to start. I’m not working right now, but I want someone who can help me.
