I had to take a day off work to go to the office. I got there and a letter was supposed to be sent on my behalf, mind you nothing complicated at all. Nothing was done at all. Missed a days work and paid $200 for a scenic drive to Hampton. I guess it cost a tank of gas also. Don't go to this liar scam artist ever!
