Hello, Randy - I have a verbal agreement with a buyer to purchase one of my parcels of land in Sunapee, and I would like to ask if you are available to assist me with the transaction. My father worked with Michael Work for several transfers years ago -- I see you are identified in several online attorney searches as an associate (or partner?) in his practice, although no associates are listed on the firm's website... I expect this sale to be pretty straightforward, as the buyer and I have agreed, the title is clear, and the deed will be mostly unchanged. Please let me know whether or not you would like to take on my job!
