Do not hire! He can hold all the cards, and he will not fight for you. He will go along with the opposition...as he has quoted," I have to work with these people." He will not go into court and fight on your behalf. He plays the Judge....and says, "the judge will not agree with that." You eventually give in to signing an agreement because you don't want to lose what you started with.
