I was arrested and require legal aid . I applied online on sat past I am currently in the lock up and have been told I am staying til Monday. I am requesting being moved to the pen as I am Justin a box here I have no rec and sit alone day after day I know I am in jail but this is torcher. I have a tooth infection and they won't take me to see anyone . I ahead a family member die from this exact thing. Your teeth go to your heart. I am gong to die if I don't get treated properly .: please Ms.s Summers u was told you are the best to deal with I am requisition you as my lawyer . I really need your help right now . I note exaggerating they are extremely rude and i may be in jail but I'm human. They are going to cause my death . I am begging you to please have compassion and help me . Hello Ms.Summers I am writing for my partner T. We have been split up but have reconciled since he needed a surety. I do not do drugs but he is a bad drug addict . They have arrested him yet his lawyers from legal aid have failed to explain anything to us . Last week he had a hearing and I had to take the stand not even being aware of this. I am afraid he will get released now after promising me this time he is done with crack . I have to take his word and if he is released to stay at a different surety it's just as well they hand him crack now. He only knows and has been in the lives of his crack head friends. He does not do this in my home . Last week the police showed up the only time since sept . The first month I was fed up and reported him as only staying in my home 4 night an out of a month. The crown made a point of stating I said in the form I was afraid to tell but not because I was afraid of him I was afraid of him gong to jail. He was so bad Into drugs he went on binges and cheated on me I just had enough. I should have turned him in but it never said that he had to sleep at my house there was no curfew. The day he had court I went with him he was arrested and then released to me and now had a curfew. They then showed up for the first time 4 suvs lights flashes one on each end of my street . Al around my out side of my home with flash lights yet they didn't ask to come in. 

Hi, I was assigned you by legal aid. I have never gone through anything like this and have court in May. I'm not sure if you were given all of my information from M but my nerves are gone and I don't know what to do.
