Hi Vanessa, Is there either way you can help me with a civil suit? I can not find someone to represent me and I would appreciate it if you would help me out for this short case. (Hopefully). Hi Ms. McCarthy. We had a consultation back at the closure of the COVID crisis. I discussed my case back then, and have since decided to bring a claim to provincial court. This is in light of discovering photograph evidence of work preformed and the also many receipts for material purchased. The settlement conference is completed (March 12) with no offer from the defendant. If at all possible, would you please reach out concerning this matter of my unjust enrichment?
