Hello, My ex-husband keeps stating that my partner is inappropriately touching my children when he gets angry. I have text messages from my ex-husband stating that he doesn't feel that way, is comfortable with him watching the children alone, and knows I will protect my children. Aaron Cress worked with a NJ attorney named Corinne Mullen on a defamation case that I had already filed.  The Mullen Law firm agreed to take the case and file an amended complaint to add newly discovered defendants.  Instead of doing what was promised the firm dismissed  my lawsuit without knowledge or permission and did so with prejudice, meaning I can never file against that defendant again.  Cress tried to tell me he did what's best for me in a condescending email. When I checked to see if Cress had any disciplinary records in NJ as an attorney, I found out he was never registered in NJ as an attorney.  When I asked him to tell me the truth of what happened in my case, he asked me to lie to the Bar who I already made a complaint to and say I was mistaken, and if I did so he's tell me 100% the truth of what took place.  When I told him I was going to sue him he threatened me again, saying he would file a frivolous action claim against me and make me pay all of his bills.  Well, I filed and he not only never filed a frivolous claim motion, he never even responded to the suit and is now in default in NJ Superior Court. Case Cam-L-3166-23

He practiced law without a license in NJ and asked me to lie to the bar.

This is in regards to my 38 year son. He as arrested approx. 2 years ago on a federal drug charge (this isn't about that charge, he has a public defender). However, a notary (don't know who) gave the Orders of release to someone and they posted it on FB and others are sharing it. He was released to the custody of the FBI and that information was on that paperwork. I fear for his safety and our family's safety as well. I am interested in filing law suits on FaceBook for allowing this post to generate, the State of NM, the notary and the individual who put up the original post. I have copies of the post where the individual reveals that a notary gave him a copy of these sensitive court forms.
