Dear Mr. Gaggi, I have been representing myself thus far in the custody case that took my son away. My next court date is soon and I really need the help of a lawyer. I have a certificate for these services and you are the first name on the list... Are you available?

This Lawyer made me believe at the beginning he would help me get my children back, however recently he became very condescending and started siding with the other side instead of wanting to defend me and listen to what I wanted. He flat out told me that I won't get my children as according to him the judge will not allow it as they have not been in my care for sometime and that was not my doing whatsoever. He acted like the judge and jury. He refused to listen to anything I said and refused to listen to anything one of my witnesses had said. He was not there for me and refused to actually do the work. I would send him what I had and what I was told to give to him, yet he kept saying that I never gave him any of this when I clearly did. He is not a good person and today I and my witness as well as someone else who entered the room caught him in a lie. He is not a lawyer who is good to have fight for you as he will make you do all the leg work for him when you don't know what your looking for and he wouldn't even listen to the judge when the judge even told him she would give him time to go to the court office to obtain what he was looking for. He never did any of that and expected me to do this and I don't even work for him and I would not know what to even ask for. He can't even get emails straight and would say I never sent anything at times when I did and I had proof of everything I sent. I even told him what the federal government told me when he was asking for a specific thing yet to him that was not good enough and that according to him the federal government doesn't know what they are talking about. DO NOT GO WITH THIS LAWYER. HE IS CONDESENDING AND REFUSES TO HELP YOU EVEN WIN YOUR CASE. HE DOESN'T EVEN CARE OF EVIDENCE THAT WAS GIVEN VIA COURT OFFICE. 

Condescending No organization etcc. 

I have a Legal Aid certificate and in need of a lawyer re: custody of grandson. Trial date March 24-28
