Loreatha Boehner

Hailing from Mahone Bay, Loreatha embarked on her legal journey with Wagners in 2012. Her career began with a focus on insurance defense, followed by a stint in general litigation. However, she soon realized her true calling lay in advocating for victims of negligence, leading her to specialize in this area.

Over the last ten years, Loreatha has channeled her efforts into aiding individuals who have suffered severe injuries. Her areas of expertise are diverse, covering a spectrum of personal injury cases including those arising from car accidents, premise liabilities, slip and fall incidents, dog bites, sexual assaults, and cases involving insurance denials. She is adept at navigating the complexities of the legal process, skillfully guiding her clients through discovery examinations, negotiations, mediations, and trials.

Loreatha's legal acumen was honed at Dalhousie University, where she not only pursued her law degree but also immersed herself in community service. She volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and devoted her time to a youth center for at-risk teens. Additionally, her academic journey included a formative semester at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic. Today, she extends her wealth of knowledge and experience to mentoring junior lawyers at her firm, nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.
