Mark Saunders

Mark commenced his legal career at Wagners, initially serving as an Articled Clerk in August 2018, before his formal admission to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2019. His legal practice is distinctly concentrated on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, issues pertaining to liability on municipal and premises grounds, slip and fall incidents, claims of sexual abuse, and advocating for both short-term and long-term disability claims.

Away from the rigor of legal duties, Mark indulges in a variety of hobbies that reflect his diverse interests. He is an avid photographer, a pursuit that allows him to capture and appreciate the world from different perspectives. Additionally, Mark finds solace and excitement in surfing, embracing the challenges and tranquility of the sea. His artistic side is further expressed through playing the guitar, an activity that undoubtedly provides a creative outlet and a contrast to his professional life.

Mark's educational background laid the foundation for his legal career. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2018, a culmination of his legal studies. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science, at Dalhousie University in 2012. This academic journey provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the political and legal frameworks that underpin his practice areas, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the legal world.
