This person is a clown

This is not a review from a client but a review from a small claims court litigant who is unhappy with their outcome. I am no longer a lawyer in private practice but am an adjudicator and tribunal member appointed in Nova Scotia. Please remove this listing and this review. -Sarah

Need a will for my husband and myself plus power of attorney that will include financial power of attorney. We have an outdated will with very little change required.



I'm trying to figure out if this is the Sarah Greenwood that is my lawyer for the charges that I got that I talked to on the phone when I was arrested I'm trying to figure out if this is you

If this adjudicator is assigned to your case, try to delay or get a new one assigned. Terrible experience with her. She was unprepared for the hearing and just about took her entire allotted time (almost two months) to come back with a decision and did not consider much of the evidence presented. If I had the stamina to continue fighting this case, this decision was littered with many errors in law on her part that would’ve led to an appeal being heard. So know that’s an option but a lengthy one. The public expects more from these adjudicators who take on court cases so this was an awful experience with this “lawyer” that has left me unimpressed with our legal system.

Extremely biased adjudicator as another post already says. Poor representation of our justice system.
