My wife and I are having a dispute with a neighbour trespessing on our property (river lots along River Philip). We hired Dave NacNaren to write him a letter explaining the Property Protection Act which was delivered December 16 or 17th. He has damaged the riverbank for his own hunting usage and ownes a river lot next to ours. Jim o'Neil suggested you could help. We are considering filing a claim in Small Claims Court.
