I am having trouble with tennants that are experienced at playing the system. I had an agreament, he appealed and got extra time. Now he has achieved another 30 days appealing a vacant possesion order in small claims. I have evidence from SSODA of hoarding and non compliance. I have evidence from by laws of non compliance. My house is deteriorating as he chases off and abuses contractors. I have several thousands of dollars of work done in the adjoining apartment that was broken into and vandalised. The back door eas totally removed and my previous contractor found his tools in there and he was using it as a workshop and for storage. I am in UK but have family in Liverpool, they were Liverpool born and bred. He has caused damage. He had a credit on his rent for work which he did not do. I have been trying to get my house back for 4yrs. He was due to be walked out by Sherriff on 31st. He appealed on the 30th. I had 4 hrs notice. He got an extension unti Oct 2nd when we have another court. If I win he wont be out that day so farewell Oct & November and they likely wont evict in winter. My house dezperately needs renovation. Contractors have said call hs wben they gone. The contractor I have now wont enter for safety reasons. They called police on him saying they didnt know him even though he has been there with by laws offjcer and SSODA there is so much more can you help. I dont know my house can take another winter.
