I never write reviews on the Internet but I was left in a state of shock after my initial consultation with Mr. Wolfe.  I’m seeking estate planning for my 88 year old father.  Since I’m an only child all of the responsibility falls on me, and at times it can be overwhelming.  I was given the recommendation of Mr. Wolfe from a co-worker.  I was able to quickly schedule an appointment, so far so good.  I had my list of questions already written down and my plan was to go through my list one by one.  Everything was going great within the first 30 minutes until Mr. Wolfe made a comment that crossed the line.  I’m not going to repeat what he said, but it was in reference to the “southern border” and “the illegals coming our country and taking your father’s money he worked hard for.”  I was shocked and maybe thought he was joking, which would have been a tasteless joke to begin with, but he did was not.  A couple of minutes later another comment was made about President Biden and how he was failure, etc.

I did not want to cause a scene and get into a political debate, so I just agreed with Mr. Wolfe and continued through my list of questions and left.  Everyone has the right to their own personal opinion about whatever they want in life but I was shocked how unprofessional, nasty, disrespectful and border line racist the comments were by Mr. Wolfe.

Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and never contacted Mr. Wolfe after our initial consultation.  I could not in good faith ever recommend him to anyone.  I gave my co-worker an earful about my consultation and he said that there was one or two comments made too that he made but didn’t elaborate when I pressed him.

Hopefully this isn’t a habit of his but by judging his tone and anger, I have a feeling I’m not the last person to hear his political views when trying to navigate estate planning.
