Worst Lawyer - One would think a rookie out of law school

Ms. Hunter was hired through our Workman's Comp TPA. Our HR director and Safety Manager were on TEAMS reviewing this COMPLEX case presentation. Ms. Hunter only USED 1/2 of her allotted time! She provided little to NO rebuttal of the other side. Made little or no use of Private Investigator videos, photos, or Social Media Postings. I believe she was hired at a flat rate by TPA and acted as if she could care less and wanted to end hearing and be done as soon as possible. She should be ashamed of herself for such lackluster effort and uncaring about her clients
