as an associate I did not have a good experience with him. 
He is overconfident and at times gives his clients high hopes that are not realistic, this gives clients an indirect idea that they will be better of not reaching an agreement with the spouse which on the contrary is always preferred. this way the client will lose much while Kevin has charged many hours.
he also very aggressive and threatening to the other party that makes them become defensive and willing to return the favor; also this way the parties minimize their chance for a peaceful settlement.
