Hi, was given you're info by the law society again but I haven't received anything. I am looking to sue the "police" my information was taken and distributed which has made it harder to want to do anything I shouldn't be afraid to do, I'm on a healing journey with everything that has happened but I have specific individuals accessing things and giving it to others. Which has made it harder to go to police bc of this in the first place but all information if getting back to people I cut off long ago and to the person who hurt me. It's more than just invasion of privacy please help

Don't go to her if you're a sexual assault survivor. I experienced victim blaming and being told to "move on". I am traumatized.

She suggested me to recant my statement and I would get charged, apparently I'm a bad person for standing up for myself. Literally I got told how bad I was on the phone and she only saw everything from the perspective of the bullies rather than my side. Can be found through free legal advice to sexual assault survivors or law referral society. Absolutely awful if you are a sexual assault survivor and you will get triggered so find a different lawyer

Hello Blandie I left you a voicemail, thanks for getting back to me. I thought it would be easier to write my request in an email. I was born through assisted reproduction in Ontario from an anonymous sperm donor. Recently, I was made aware of his identity and have maintained a friendly relationship with him. Currently, my birth certificate lists the father as "unknown" so I am hoping to amend it to include his name to establish a legal parent-child relationship. I have found conflicting information online about how to do this so I am hoping you can assist me. Will a signed declaration from my mother and the donor be required? DNA testing? I have seen some cases in which a court order is required. The donor (my biological father) is an American citizen and lives in the United States. Will he be required to travel to Ontario to do this?

I explained my situation wich is a very serious matter and she made me repeat myself told me also she couldnt help me.
