Mohiminol Khandaker

Mohiminol is a key associate within our Condominium Law Group, where he specializes in both litigation and solicitor services tailored specifically for our condominium clientele. He offers guidance on governance, contracts, administrative procedures, and compliance, ensuring condominium corporations navigate legal landscapes efficiently. Mohiminol has a solid track record in representing clients across various judicial platforms, including the Ontario Superior Court, Small Claims Court, and Condominium Authority Tribunal.

Before his current role at Foglers, Mohiminol honed his expertise in condominium law at a comprehensive law firm located in the heart of Toronto. His academic achievements from the University of Ottawa encompass an LL.M., J.D., and LL.L., providing him with a robust foundation in both Common Law and Civil Law. This diverse legal background empowers him to approach legal challenges from multiple perspectives, aiming to deliver pragmatic and economical solutions to his clients.

During his law studies, Mohiminol distinguished himself by leading the University of Ottawa's team to victory at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot, securing the top overall position.

Outside of his legal pursuits, Mohiminol is passionate about soccer, hiking, and exploring South Asian history. He is proficient in English and French, practicing law in both languages, and speaks Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu fluently.

Mohiminol was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020, and his professional affiliations include the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Condominium Institute, South Asian Bar Association, and The Advocates' Society, reflecting his active engagement in both the legal and broader community.
