I was served papers for breach of contract on may8th on August 23 I had a hearing in which due to no written response the court awarded plaintiff judgement now plaintiff want to sue for damages and judge advised me to get attorney for Sept. 13th court date can you help me

My son was recently arrested he is now in East Correctional in Lindsay I am not sure of all the charges one was Robbery with weapon which was scissors he has mental health issues as well. I have a Legal Aid certificate number and client number I think court is sometime this week. Can you get back to me asap if you do legal aid he gave me your number from the jail.

I need to have a separation agreement made up. Im sure of my rights and will require legal aid unless he will have to pay my legal fees. Please get in touch with me when can. Thank you. In Peterborough
