His clientele regularly comprises companies with General Counsel, entrepreneurs, and mid to large-sized private entities. Bobby’s leadership trajectory includes positions such as managing partner, executive committee member, and practice group leader at a regional Ontario law firm. He has also contributed his insights as a regular speaker at the annual CBA Leadership Conference for managing partners and at CBA and CAIRP events focusing on insolvency topics.

Among the notable cases he has undertaken are acting for the Receiver of a $20MM sports facility in the GTA, serving as lead counsel for CourtCanada Ltd. in its lawsuit against the Ontario government, and representing the major creditor in the Bankruptcy of Sally Creek at all judicial levels, a landmark case in Ontario regarding Trustee misconduct.

Bobby’s dedication to community service is demonstrated through his involvement with the Board of Directors for the United Way of Peel Region, where he served as Chair of the governance committee, and his contribution to the Foundation Board of Directors for Providence Health Care.
