Daniel Guerrisi

Daniel has carved a niche for himself in the realm of litigation, with a keen focus on tackling cases within construction litigation, commercial litigation, and various contractual disputes. His expertise spans working with both private sector clients and public entities across multiple industries, notably in construction and insurance. Daniel is dedicated to enriching his litigation prowess through active participation in various stages of legal processes, including motions, examinations for discovery, mediations, and trials.

Before his tenure at Miller Thomson LLP, Daniel honed his skills in insurance litigation at a specialized boutique firm located in the heart of Toronto, sharpening his ability to navigate the complex landscape of insurance disputes.

Outside the courtroom, Daniel contributes to the community by lending his skills to the coaching staff of minor hockey teams within the Greater Toronto Hockey League, showcasing his commitment to youth sports and development.

He earned a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2019, following his Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto in 2011.
