Sabrina Lau

Sabrina Lau is rapidly making her mark in the field of corporate law, with a keen focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and finance. She adeptly handles a wide range of transactions, from local and international share and asset acquisitions to complex corporate amalgamations and reorganizations. Sabrina is also skilled in crafting various commercial contracts.

Having been admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2022, Sabrina began her legal journey with a solid foundation built during her time at Windsor Law, where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2021. Her undergraduate studies culminated in an Honours BA with Distinction from the University of Toronto, Trinity College, in 2018.

Throughout her time in law school and beyond, Sabrina has shown a strong commitment to community engagement, dedicating her time and skills to numerous non-profit organizations.
