Brian swiftly made his mark in the realm of estate litigation, dedicating his practice to navigating the complex terrains of estate, trust, and capacity litigation. His journey to Mills & Mills LLP in 2023 was paved with rich experiences in a boutique firm nestled in the heart of downtown Toronto, where he honed his skills in estate litigation.

His legal career, however, spans a broader spectrum, initially touching on civil, commercial, construction, and employment litigation. Construction law disputes caught his interest early on, but as his career evolved, so did his passion. Estate litigation eventually captivated him, leading him to focus on advocating for individuals embroiled in estate, trust, guardianship, and power of attorney disputes.

Brian's academic path is equally impressive, holding both a JD and MBA from the prestigious joint program between Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business. His time in law school wasn't just about studies; he also immersed himself in the practical side of law, spending two summers working at the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Before embarking on his legal education, Brian pursued an Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto, where he delved into English Literature and French Language & Literature, showcasing his diverse interests and academic prowess.

Not one to tread a linear path, Brian also explored a career in the mortgage industry, contributing his expertise to some of Canada's leading banks. This varied background not only enriches his understanding of financial matters but also adds a unique perspective to his legal practice.

Now, as a proud member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association, Brian stands out in his practice areas of Wills, Estates, and Trusts, alongside Estate Litigation, and Guardianship & Capacity Disputes. Since his call to the bar in 2018, Brian has been unwavering in his commitment to his clients, blending his diverse experiences and legal knowledge to navigate the intricacies of estate litigation.
