Matthew Consky

Matt has dedicated his entire professional journey to advocating for those injured through no fault of their own, joining our team in the early days of 2023 as a personal injury lawyer for plaintiffs. His legal voyage began after he was called to the Ontario bar in 2004, following his LL.B. from Queen's University in 2002 and his Honours B.A. in Political Science from Western University in 1999. His legal battles have led him to argue cases in front of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Board of Ontario, the Licensing Appeal Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Board at both hearing and appellate levels, and the ODSP Review Board.

Matt is deeply committed to a client-first approach, ensuring those he represents receive services that are not only practical and accessible but also infused with relentless advocacy. His extensive experience has granted him a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of motor vehicle, slip-and-fall, and insurance legislation. He eagerly shares this wealth of knowledge with his clients, helping them navigate through their legal journeys with confidence.

Looking ahead, Matt is excited about the opportunity to continue advocating for his clients with both pragmatism and integrity. Outside the office, Matt's interests are as varied as his legal expertise. Whether he's channeling his culinary skills from his formal training at George Brown College, embracing the tranquility of a yoga studio, enjoying the melodies at a local jazz venue, or relishing the simplicity of bad 80's films with his wife, Marnie, Matt's life outside the courtroom is as rich and fulfilling as his professional one.
