My ex hired Ms Garisto. Had a year and half of trying to be cooperative and deal with her out of court. Very non responsive and willing to work together. Didn't mater how much I pointed out that there has a kid involved and that I would like to come to a fair and reasonable agreement as swiftly as possible. Just kept getting rediculous demands and accusations and things just kept getting worse and escalating with her involvement. Always threatening to take me to court and that I would have to repay her legal fee's. Kept giving my ex unrealistic expectations instead of being a voice of reason. Eventually got tired of the threats and nonsense and filled to go to court myself. In the end my ex got absolutely nothing they were after and even far less than I had been offering right from the start outside of court. Ex spent 10's of thousands on Ms Garisto, and somehow at the end the case got moved to another lawyer at Galbraith law that had no idea what was going on. In the end I got the full 50/50 by weekly shared custody and decision making that was all I wanted all along. Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out in the end with the job Ms Garisto did representing my ex. At the end, I almost felt sorry for my ex. LOL. Also, 3 of of 4 times you send her a email, you will get an automated message saying she's away for the week, believe she's a part time lawyer and very slow to respond to messages.
