this lawyer has been arrested on fraud charges and not allowed to practice I would be very careful in dealing with her or this firm if you are.

This lawyer has been charged with fraud in a NOSI scheme in Ontario

to who ever you are at the firm, she may not be there now but she was there when she scammed older citizens. It was brought to your attention through an investigation and you were advised of what she did. You did not fire her, you kept her on where she scammed more people. you had a chance to stop her, very disappointing. I am not accusing your firm of anything nefarious but you could have done more.
