Tijana Potkonjak

In 2022, Tijana Potkonjak embarked on a new journey with Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) as an associate in the realms of personal injury, insurance defense, and estate litigation. Her academic journey took her from York University, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honors, to Concordia University for her Master's, and finally, to the University of Ottawa for her Juris Doctor. Her legal career officially began in 2018 when she was admitted to the Ontario Bar.

Tijana's professional path prior to DSF saw her enhancing her legal expertise at various boutique law firms located in Ottawa and Toronto. Her practice areas have spanned a broad spectrum, including personal injury cases, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, commercial disputes, and long-term disability claims, among others. Tijana has also represented clients in higher and lower courts across Ontario, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as in Small Claims Court and several Provincial Tribunals. These tribunals include the Licence Appeal Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and Landlord and Tenant Board.

Dedicated to offering her clients a voice and understanding, Tijana approaches each case with empathy and commitment, ensuring the unique circumstances of each client's case are addressed promptly and effectively.
