I signed a retainer agreement with this guy in October 2022 for handling my RNIP application. He literally used fraudalent photoshopped documents to file my application. I trusted this guy fully but after waiting for almost a year and a half decided yo double check the papers. A day before I was bound to find out through Sudbury RNIP offices that my name wasnt registered there deeming the documents I got were fake, this guy called me at 10 pm my local time to tell me that the documents were fake and he'll refund my money in 2 weeks. He was very hard to reach throughout the process with almost always being very late to reply. And now he is out of contact without giving my money back. I know 3 more people who were scammed alongside me.
