Jeremiah Eastman

Jeremiah Eastman is the founder of the Eastman Law Office. He received his law degree from the University of Ottawa. Jeremiah is a registered lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the National Immigration Law Section, and the Ontario Bar Association. Jeremiah’s practice concentrates exclusively on Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship law. He defended many government decisions by representing the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness in these courts. In addition to arguing cases on behalf of his clients, Jeremiah has extensive experience in helping foreign nationals prepare and submit applications to work, study, visit and immigrate to Canada under programs such as Spousal Sponsorship, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class and others.
