He had an affair with a junior lawyer while he was working at Mercer.  The junior lawyer was only a couple of years older than Marcel's oldest daughter at the time.  Harvey Weinstein wannabe.

Still libelous. Harvey Weinstein has been convicted of rape. Stongly implies criminality, with absolutely no justification. Where is administrative oversight of these postings?

Marcel used to work at Mercer.  He was let go from Mercer in 2010,  because he was having sexual relations with a junior lawyer and booking hours against client accounts while he was actually in a hotel room banging RD.  The junior lawyer was only a couple of years older than Marcel's oldest daughter.  Fairly disgusting behaviour.  Marcel thought cheating on his wife was acceptable because his wife was going through menopause at the time. Isn't that right Marcel, you dirt bag.

This is a libelous posting. The facts are false. The sole purpose of this review is character assassination. This is hearsay of the worst kind.

The fact of the matter is…while Marcel was at Mercer, he had an affair with a colleague, a much younger woman. That colleague was then fired from Mercer to protect Marcel after HR found out about the affair.  The colleague then sued Mercer for wrongful dismissal and Marcel reluctantly forked over thousands of dollars to the woman he had an affair with during her wrongful dismissal case.  Those are the facts.  The only troll here is Marcel who is insisting on covering up his abhorrent behaviour.  Marcel, it’s about time you take some responsibility for what you have done to Rebecca and Robin.

Marcel liked to cheat on his wife with junior lawyers he could pressure into having sex with him. Every year a new group of young, female lawyers would show up at Mercer and every year Marcel would dip his wick and sample one or two. All the affairs created a toxic work environment for all the women working at Mercer who had to contend with the favouritism and politics created by Marcel. How much money did you have to fork over to Rebecca for her wrongful dismissal lawsuit Marcel?  A complete scumbag not unlike Harvey Weinstein.
