Maria Durdan, serving as the Assistant Managing Partner at SimpsonWigle LAW, leads the Condominium Practice Group with unparalleled expertise in Condominium Law, Land Development, and Real Estate Administration. Her role involves guiding over 675 condominium corporation clients across Ontario, encompassing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
