I will make this quick and to the point.  she skipped over facts that were backed by hard evidence, glossed over material and obvious errors and omissions that Didn’t align to diatribe  and distorted view and attempt to mislead the judge and jury; It was embarrassing watching her craft the strong argument ignoring all of this country evidence that we all knew was going to come out but didn’t have to if you just recognized it, acknowledged it and adjusted her stance from her previous high platform.  Instead she kept doubling down,  I actually started getting nervous because she was so convincing hell I thought maybe my Lauras not to be able to pull this off even though it was so obvious if you look at the evidence. It was like the worst episode of law and order one by high school actors at least one of the high school actor trying to win an Academy award.  The muttering under her breath things like, as if we believe that, if you know that that is what really happened sarcastically. What a joke.  The moment someone he knew he wanted the case, they got the whole kitten caboodle from the very start further causing commotion and upheaval.  It ended up being a complete waste of time for all involved, created a lot of anxiety stress and confusion instead of it a verdict in partnership with the defence to present the obvious truth like a mature litigator would have.   Just because you’re tough nosed, brash and a bully doesn’t mean, that you are still not going to get pushed out of the way simply You’re trying to balance on one leg.  When we got a new judge, well that was her turn to shine, well she had it all mapped out your head so she just left the next one have it just with greater volume and drama. She even treated the victim in aggressive manner because the victim is not giving her what she needed to hear back what she was saying. quite frankly is a travesty of justice.I am sure the presiding Judge was exhausted as well as everyone, except for Ms Frew she was oblivious when she should have been embarrassed. A final major thing she showed no empathy towards what myself and my family went through even knowing the facts in fact I find it hard to believe that she actually watched all of the interviews and read the disclosure, I actually hope he didn’t that we would restore some of my faith in her and the justice system.
