Hello I am attempting to obtain legal counsel for a restraining order, my daughter was abused by her father, when I got her back from his parenting time there were multiple bruises on her back and she had been telling me daddy hit her on a video chat on the Saturday when she was with him. I filed a police report and contacted CAS, there is an active investigation going on and I had to call police a second time when the father showed up at my house in an aggressive manner towards myself and my mother when we were going to pick my daughter up from school. I have full custody. I am with holding access at this time but do not have legal documentation to do so. I have a legal aid certificate
